HOW TO REPLACE HTC ONE DISPLAY ASSEMBLY

Step one – display assembly

Step fourteen – Remove the vibrator motor Pry up the end of the motor to release the vibrator motor. The vibrator motor is normally connected using two wires to the daughterboard.
